Was just in there on last Friday and I felt that the Dr was rude. I explained I have sinus issues and my nose is extremely sensitive to doing the coved test which I am required to do every two weeks per my CA state job. I explained in the past I had it done and for days I had a migraine. She repeated over and over I am not going into your sinus area as if I was stupid. I tried to explain that my allergies told me I had major blockage in my nose. This Dr kept repeating That she was not going into my sinus area. No kidding, I told her I just have blockage and I need her to be careful. I have been going to med post for at least 8 weeks getting tested for civid and she was brutal and rude. It took everything I had to not call her a b————. Everyone in the past has been wonderful and friendly. Sad that you have someone working there who is a Dr and shows little compassion. This visit was excellent. My appointment was 4pm. I checked in at 3:51, called into the exam room at 4pm sharp and left at 4:15. One could not ask for better service!
