Hi. Stephanie was very clear and easy to understand and repeated instructions for my mom who has dementia. She helped me find a way to stop my mom from picking at the wound and bandage, a brace that we use at night. Very appreciated! Thanks.

Easy to use and you had doctor there. I have one comment and that is during this covid_19 pandemic everyone who comes in should have to wear a mask and this was not the case while I was waiting.

Short waiting time considering you can walk in and be seen. Staff is also nice. Only thing is waiting to be addressed as you enter because I wasn’t sure if to approach the front desk or wait to be called. They should make a sign to clarify.

I was seen for a wrist laceration that needed stitches. I was seen right away and had stitches, prescription, and follow up instructions all in 45 minutes!!

This clinic in osceola pkwy has a staff like no others. Very friendly, compassionate, willing to help… not only the front desk staff but the physician also. Dr Carol Mancero is superb! I noticed how much she really care about her patient. She took time to listen, answered my questions and did a great evaluation. I have known just a few physicians like her.
