The wait was long even with an appointment, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Once I was brought back everything moved quickly and I felt like the staff was very knowledgeable and direct with their care and treatment.

The staff was very friendly, caring, and thorough. The offices are clean and they have it spaced off for social distancing. There is a hand sanitizing station as soon as you walk in the door.

This was my first time visiting a Med-Post location. I injured my foot and was worried about going to urgent care due to the current Covid-19 situation. Not only was the staff very friendly, but their procedures during this stressful time were very efficient. I was also seen very quickly.
