I liked the hand sanitizer by the front door and less chairs in lobby. I would like to see the receptionist check patient’s temperature upon arrival and do the screening questions for COVID-19.

A bit of a a wait. Everyone was extremely polite. The NP was thorough and had my confidence. All around great experience. (You should however, do some housekeeping between the exam tables and the walls – The stainless steel garbage cans need cleaning) I wa a bit surprised that in this day of Covid they used a welsh allen under the tongue thermometer! Overall a great experience.
