Able to arrange a scheduled appointment Very competent people from front desk, nurse and The Nurse practioner They listened to mu my issue and discussed options then we ,are a decision based on options of treatment. Treatment was prompt and helpful. My pain was greatly relieved within a day. Thank you all.

The lobby is following all procedures to protect everyone from COVID-19. It’s a relief to walk in and see protocol being followed. The receptionist is super nice and very calm. She helps everyone plus answers the ever ringing phone. I don’t have her name but she is glamorous with great eyelashes. Mark is really great, too. Calm and cool, he does his job well. Jose was the assistant who took my blood pressure etc and he also was impressive. Then the doctor came in and really helped me a lot. Unfortunately the paperwork he gave me is now at Templeton Imaging so I don’t have his name but I think maybe his first name is Benjamin. Anyway, he was so kind and explained everything carefully without scaring me, which is important for people to know because going to an urgent care can be scary. Everyone here is nice and truly cares about the well being of the people they serve. Tomorrow I hope to hear results of my imaging test and I hope it is good. Either way I know the MedPost team will help me like they always have —- from an infection to a badly sprained ankle to other ailments I feel safe in their care. This was a long review I know but people need to know this group is awesome.
