Being informed about the need to delay being seen due to higher priority cases coming in… Being allowed to get food down the street, knowing I would not be seen for several hours… Being informed thoroughly about the reason I was being seen, and having a follow-up call by the ARNP who saw me to let me know of a change in medications.

Easy to appointment on-line or by phone. Waiting room wait was no longer that 10-15 minutes. Waiting time in the exam room was minimal (5-minutes). Physician’s time with patient was quick without waited time covering old news. Overall, visit was very good.
