I liked that we could schedule an online appointment and received text confirmation. Very professional and polite. The provider examined my husband and recommended he go to ER as his infection could be possibly life threatening and he may need CT Scan and IV antibiotics. The ER provider I guess had a different medical opinion and wrote scrip for abx and follow up with primary in 3 days. Now our Orlando Health affiliated primary doctor can’t seem to be able to decide if he can fit him in for a follow up appointment. Been calling them for two days now with promises of a return call about appointment time. Still have not been able to get an appointment.
