It was a seamless process via the website to book an appt. My wait time in the lobby was not long, although it took an hour in the patient room. However, that is to be expected for a walk-in clinic, and the NP and MA were very pleasant and helpful.

I came in and was given an appointment time a couple of hours later which was great. Wonderful friendly staff. In and out in a timely manner and got prescription for my UTI.
