The young lady behind the desk and the same lady that took my covid test was very friendly and provided fast service. The doctor was nice and gave me good advice on what to do. My covid test came back negative thankfully but I am now healed from my cold. It’s also very clean at that Carespot. Great service, friendly people and cleanliness is a great combo!

You guys were quick and awesome with great customer service. I like the atmosphere and how you guys welcome people in, felt very comfortable and it was easy to conversation because of how well you guys hospitality was.. it wasn’t like that was my first time… and those are the reasons why I keep coming back.

Very kind and professional but must of all clean. Very well dressed front desk ladies which give the the company name a very good look. They know how to handle angry patients because a “karen” was very rude to them and they were very professional. Oh the Doc was awesome as well smart and to the point
