The online process to schedule an appointment was super easy, as well as, the check-in process. Caroline was pleasant and helpful to anyone that came in while I was there. The NP-Shannon Paradise took great care to listen to my lengthy explanation of symptoms without jumping to conclusions or judgement, especially in this environment when so many common symptoms point to COVID. The X-ray technician patiently walked my awkward self through the process; results were quick. I left confident in the treatment and grateful that a place like CareSpot exists. I have already recommended this location to others.

Good staff, helpful, efficient, and very good doctor. Nice to have when you cannot get an appointment with your primary physician, which is becoming all too common.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I was having such a hard time finding a location that carried the drug test needed for my job. It was such a looong day trying to figure it out but when I got to the Kingsley location, they got me signed in immediately and even called the company for me to extend my time. I didn’t even have to ask, it was really one less thing I had to deal with that day and I was so grateful! I always have a great experience at care spot!

Great caring and and understanding team, they turned off the light for me in the exam room as I was super light sensitive and they gave me meds that made me feel so much better instantly.
