Availability to be seen sooner than my primary care doctor and the friendliness of your employees. Overall exceeded my expectations as I’ve never used urgent care before. Only thing, you need some pictures of maybe some scenery to make it more relaxing and calming for both patients and the staff. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

By making an appointment I was able to be seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Professional, courteous & caring service. They electronically sent the Rx to my Pharmacy saving a trip. I am now on the mend thanks to the staff at Carespot!!

Great visit. From front desk to care-givers, my son (the patient) and I will provided valuable information, great care, and the visit went quickly. My son is 15 and is rarely impressed, and he commented on how knowledgeable and excellent they were with him.

My daughter broke her arm and they were amazing. The nurse made my daughter feel comfortable and she bent over backwards to help us. We will return and I will recommend to everyone.

Walk-in or appt. Not crowded with sick patients. I actually have had problems getting a doctor accepting patients. Open 7 days a week. Professional Doctor or Nurse Practitioner
