MedPost was friendly. Professional. Quick service. Close proximity. I tried another urgent provider and was told that the doctor would not be in until 1:00 PM?! It was 10:00 AM. Why is the doctor not in for urgent care patient services during ALL operating hours. I along with others were told to go to Templeton. I have been to MedPost several times and have never been turned away for unreasonable purposes. Thank you Med Post

That the doctor didn’t dismiss my illness as a viral one. She prescribed amoxicillin and that was the right call to clear up my sore throat even though there was no indication of strep.

The Middleburg Office is AMAZING! From the front desk accommodating walk-ins and set appointments to the nurses being so compassionate! My daughter took a hard fall on her wrist on a Sunday. We walked in at the opening on Monday and they were able to take my daughter in as a walk in right away. After examining [FIRST NAME REMOVED]’s wrist and doing X-Rays, the staff noticed that she was experiencing some significant pain and came in the room after hearing her crying to give her ice and motrin to make her more comfortable. They referred us to a pediatric orthopedic, gave us her CD of x ray images and called the next day to see how she was doing. She ended up breaking her growth plate and was casted which was the exact initial diagnosis that the nurse practitioner gave us. In a final note, Nurse Lisa….you are and ANGEL! Thank you for making a not-so-fun experience much more comfortable. You’re the BEST!
