I was there as a walk-in for a COVID test and I didn’t need to go into a computer or my phone or call some 1-800 number to set an appointment. Here, all l had to do is wait two hours and a half to be seen.

Redd the Receptionist, was so professional & knowledgeable. The clinic was packed, and she managed to take calls, check numerous patients in & attend to all the patients who were all waiting in a very timely manner. I was so impressed. Shelby the attending, was AMAZING! She noticed everything about my daughter’s symptoms & treated her accordingly!

I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPT (WAS TOLD THERE WAS A 1 1/2 HR WAIT, BUT WAS ABLE TO DO OTHER ERRANDS WHILE WAITING). STAFF WERE HELPFUL, PLEASANT. AND DID A GOOD JOB ON MY BROKEN FINGER. THEY EVEN SENT ME HOME WITH MY X-RAYS ON A CD TO PASS ON TO HAND SURGEON! NICE JOB.

I thank the ladies at Carespot for the loving-kindness they show me, The services were pleasant they were very caring. I would recommend anyone looking for medical services to consider this facility for their medical needs.
