Okay here’s my feedback the Los Alamitos Branch rocks everything about it is great but the one in Cypress their x-ray machine is never available and they don’t know what they’re doing. I will never go there again. In addition I feel the gal at the desk is not as welcoming as the branch in Los Alamitos. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

New in town so I didn’t have a regular physician yet, i Was a walk-in patient on a pretty booked day. I was seen quickly and helped effectively. Later I was texted for any need for a call back. I actually did need that call and it took a couple of days but they called back and called in a rx to further help my issues. Was more than I expected from a quick care facility. I’d recommend this place!

The Ladies that assisted me are very polite, warm, friendly and professional. The location was very clean and organized. I did not mind sitting in the waiting room. Most of all having wi-fi to do business while I waited was a big plus to the service.
