Every thing about Care Spot was top notch. Very professional staff managing sign in. They were courteous and the wait time to be seen was minimal. The waiting room was immaculate and all Covid protocols were in place. I can’t begin to say enough about Gary Scidmore , the PAC who was on staff the evening I went in. He is beyond incredible in his care and expertise in diagnosing my issue. I feel very fortunate that he was there that particular evening. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each issue with care and understanding.

Could not have been happier with MedPost Rockwall on Goliad. The PA who worked with me throughout the whole process, Loretta Docekal, was by far one of the most professional yet compassionate people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her bedside manner was outstanding. It’s a shame that I can’t come here to treat every little problem I have because I would simply for the service. The ladies at the front and back desk were also very friendly and helpful, and I loved how low the copays were.

They treat you with respect however I have had an infection for over three weeks and 1 set antibiotics and then the next visit cough syrup.I think after being sick for so long a shot is needed.Still sick…
