not very happy about a follow up that took 1 and a half hours to just see my stitches, i had an appointment and still seems like it didnt matter. i seen a doctor for about 1 minute. i know things take time sometime but i feel like service for my follow up could have been better. i am still happy with the emergency service that i got when i had my accident. thanks Mr. [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

Care Spot is very convienient to my house for quick times of need!! I am finding that I am using them more and more instead of using my Primary Care Doctor(s)….my 14 year old son goes there as well! Its a five minute drive instead of 30 minutes and then a wait in the waiting room (anywhere up to 30 minutes). I’d rather drive 5 minutes and then sit and wait for 30 minutes if I have to and then only a 5 minute drive home. PLUS, my pharmacy is just right at the opposite end of the Shopping Center from where my Carespot is. Talk about conveinience!! Sorry…We always have a wonderful experience at our Carespot! Usually fairly quick. I usually always get a same day appointment! We are in and out within a reasonable amount of time. And the Doctors and staff are always very personable and friendly.
