Front desk receptionist redundantly asked for my insurance information when it was pre entered online during scheduling. Another attendant easily pulled it up for the other coworker giving me a hard time. When I finally got logged in on my insurance app to show her the insurance card info. She was like no I don’t need it. Wow. Made a scene for nothing. Her attitude about the situation made me feel uneasy why she acted like that when she was the one who didn’t know her job how to research my information in the system. She needs training on customer service and her computer system.
