Staff was friendly and knowledgeable for my need. Service was prompt and wait time was not that long for me. Doctor was straight to point for my diagnosis . I would definitely recommend this clinic .

Everyone that I had an interaction with at Care Spot was so incredibly nice! The facility was clean, covid measures were implemented and followed with spacing/sanitizing and everyone wore masks! I had called several urgent cares earlier in the day to ask for pricing since I had just switched to a different health insurance plan this year and not one person would give me a pricing answer unless I went in person. Maria at Care Spot (winter springs/red bug road) was the only one that did and I am so glad she did! I made an appointment to get an x-ray and the wait time was maybe 5-10 minutes, which was awesome. Maria was very helpful with the check in process and answering any questions I had. I cannot remember the names of everyone else that I saw that day, but they were ALL amazing. I will be coming back here whenever I may need to. Thank you!
