I called needing a COVID test and got an appointment same day. Arrived for appointment and staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Results texted to me in a very timely fashion.

My experience at the carespot was excellent. Lisa, one of the nurses, gave me confidence, the place is clean, the moment you enter you feel welcome and it does not last more than an hour, they attend you quickly and I left satisfied. For me it is the best emergency center that I have been in the Kissimmee area.

The staff was incredible. I think he was a nurse- (Buccs fan)….. was so awesome to my son. And the dot or that came in was so sweet and caring. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the kindness and care.
