Travelled from DeLand as your location was the only one open on a Saturday nite after 6:00pm. Thank you! Staff was excellent. I was treated quickly, offered the option to purchase my meds directly at your location and was on my way back to DeLand. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of your staff. I really liked dr. Jonathan Tan. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and he listened to all of my complaints and was very helpful in my diagnosis and calling in my prescription to a local CVS for me to pick up.

I called Carespot Sunday around 10 am to make an appointment for me. A gentleman, named Caleb answered the phone. He was amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, efficient, and very informative about a situation there concerning a past due bill that I was unaware of because my insurance was supposed to pay the remaining balance because I paid my deductible. Caleb printed the information for me and brought it to me in the room while I waited for the nurse practitioners to see me. Caleb’s has a kind and sweet personality! He is the type of person I like to encounter when visiting any business. Caleb is in a league of his own. Caleb was very professional, courteous, efficient, and he has an excellent demeanor! Caleb is outstanding 👏!
