I like that I can make an appointment online and fill out paperwork before I actually get to Care Spot making my wait time much shorter. The staff and doctors are very professional.

The overall appearance of the place was good, the staff sea very professional. My only drawback was my wait was excessive, I didn’t really grade you much on it as I was a walk in.

The employees greeted me as I entered the facility. I had plenty of time to enter my info on to the I-Pad. I was seen very promptly and was told how the Covid-19 testing was done. Once my test was done the Dr. came in to see me. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Every thing was clean and neat nd it was all very organized. It was a very good experience.
