Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and kind. And the gentleman who took my blood was SUCH a great coach. I believe his name was Tu (I don’t actually remember 100% because blood makes me queasy- so my memory is a bit foggy). But whatever his name-check the record- he was amazing with me— cheer-lead me thru the whole experience AND gave me a little juice for the road! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, team!
