I want to recognize the expansive efforts by Jesse and Jessica. My appointment was related to a pre hire physical, lab work and UDS. Unfortunately, my employer had not registered the site for completion of the requested work and had not sent required documents for completion of the physical. Jesse and Jessica took the time to try to resolve the requirements for the requested services; the physician continued to complete the physical. The level of service was amazing and very appreciated! I have followed up with my organization in an effort to ensure all requirements are in place for future needs.
