Easy online appt scheduling

I was a little surprised that when I called to confirm no appointment was needed for COVID test, that they told me the no longer had availability that do for a walkin COVID test that day. However, I could make an appointment for one that afternoon, for about an hour later. You advertise that walkin visits are welcome and no appointments were needed for COVID testing, but I experienced the opposite. When I arrived there was only 1 other car in the parking lot that arrived at the same time I did and no one in the lobby.
