My appointment was at 1 p.m. they did take us back by 2 p.m. the staff was very friendly even though you could tell they were short-staffed. The PA listen to me and in a timely manner gave me a couple shots for my migraine. I also was very impressed on how clean the room was I have been in emergency rooms with blood on the floor, doctor offices with dust so thick I wrote smiley faces on their computers LOL thank you to your cleaning staff for cleaning under the tables and chairs also.

The new facility in Fleming Island was very clean, getting an online appointment was quick and easy, the receptionist was very pleasant and informative, and Shannon, the nurse practitioner was so helpful. I have had bronchitis and allergy problems off and on for 2 months. I went to another quick clinic but never received the help I get at Care Spot. It’s been 2 days and my cough and sinus issues are subsiding. I’m keeping my fingers crossed this medication will get me back to breathing good again.

The waiting room is very nice. It stays quiet and peaceful like you need while sick. The Drs all seem to care about your health and are willing to engage in conversation to ease any nerves you might come in with. I drive farther past two different emergency clinics to come here for that reason.
