i enjoyed my visit, i was seen i a timely manner and given a diagnosis rather quickly. almost too quickly. i took 3 rapid tests and was seen by someone else i’m assuming the on duty nurse and she was really nice but i noticed that when she checked my ears and throat she didn’t really tell me anything. i enjoy feedback from those examinations especially when in there for bronchitis, i really enjoyed her though. i also noticed she didn’t explain any of my symptoms or how to help them other than the prescriptions given.

I took my mom to be seen for a bad cough and everyone was really patient with her and listened to her. Sometimes when you have an elderly parent, the staff at other places are not so patient. However, the staff was kind and caring and understanding. Thank you!
