I like……………….. a. being called/texted, while waiting in my car, to be be seen by a doctor/PA. b. accurate estimated-time to be seen by doctor/PA.. c. ease of either scheduling an online appointment or calling a location for an appointment. d. cleanliness of waiting room, exam room, and doctor/PA computer area.

The doctor was great and so was the nurse that work with the doctor. Unfortunately the receptionist was very unhappy with her job, keep huffing and puffing while in her chair, keep commenting how she couldn’t wait to go home, and had a major attitude while checking in patience. This was on Sunday 11/28/21 afternoon shift. She was an African American young lady.

My experience was extremely positive with the front desk, nurse assistant and the Doctor. Doctor diagnosed my illness, called my prescription in to Publix, gave me a printed recap of my visit.
