Organized. As well, the place looked clean and the reception was friendly and knowledgeable. It always helps to have these key items in place before going in for ones medical concerns. Wait time was acceptable for us just stopping in; it was half an hour. The Physician/assistant was also friendly and quick as well, and answered all concerns with ease . Thank you
