Minimal waiting time. Laboratory was performed in-house and immediately. My insurance claim was processed on the spot resulting in zero co-pay. The attending physician gave me a complete explanation of the lab results and answered my questions.

The receptionist was kind and patient even though I heard they were extremely busy before I got there . The nurses assistant a young man and the doctor were kind and were quick to take care of me I think I waited 5 minutes after I completed my paperwork
