Convenience. BUT HAVE A COMPLAINT TOOK HUSBAND IN SINCE HE HAS BAD DEMENTIA REQUESTED TO GO BK WITH HIM, WAS NOT ALLOWED.Told them he has dementia. HIS FILES WERE NOT UPDATED BECAUSE HE hasn’t a clue. .wrong meds listed, not updated,several changes since last seen he hurt his shoulder and ribs. They never ck’d his shoulder, only ribs Did not offer binder for ribs. I had to go out and get one

It’s pretty simple to check in , make an appointment over the phone , use of Medicare along with secondary supplement , front desk people are very polite, plus insurance companies love urgent care use
