I can’t say enough good things about the health care providers of Care Spot that were wiling to work on Thanksgiving Day. I was surprised to find a clinic that was open and could give me an appointment. They also referred me to a pharmacy that was also open on Thanksgiving. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. My appointment was at 11:45 and by 12:30, I had seen the Dr, gotten my prescription filled and was on my way. I am so appreciative of their willingness to work on the holiday and their helpful, pleasant attitude while I was there.

I love all the physicians and clinicians at CareSpot! Drew, Basheer, Carl, Gwennis, Roxborough are nothing short of a blessing within CareSpot, thank you all for being amazing and the most caring group of people in these hard times that the world is going through. Very exerienced ARNP on duty the day I came. Antwan spent allot of fun time with me and I left feeling very well taken care of. The RN on duty was also very attentive. Because of my very satisfied experience, I sent my mom the following week. She, too, had an excellent outcome. Today, I sent my son for a check up. Care Spot delivers!!! It is now our ho-to urgent care!!

I booked an appointment for a lingering cold that turned into a bad sinus infection (I felt awful). I was seen pretty fast and the script I was given helped me start feeling better after 12 hours thankfully. Douglas was polite, attentive and fast getting my script sent and checking my symptoms which I appreciate! I would definitely go back to this location if I needed something taken care of ASAP and didn’t go to my primary.
