Very quick. Very friendly. I loved that I wasn’t surrounded by other patients as I would have been in a hospital emergency room. My 13yr old was nervous to be seen (first time visit) and the doctor put him at ease with his friendliness.

The convenience of scheduling an appointment online. And even though it was 3 a.m. and I was in pain, and made the appointment for the Durbin Park location, thinking I was making it for the Southside/Perimeter Park location, your staff at Perimeter was most helpful, gracious, and understanding the next morning. I apologize for my error, and for any inconvenience it may have caused at the Durbin location.
