I went to Carespot to have my ears flushed of wax because I couldn’t hear. The nurses that took care of my problem were very caring but no-nonsense. I was very impressed with the way they were gentle when necessary and forceful when it was called for. They walked me through a painful procedure very well. I am impressed with them. And they got me in and out of the office in a relatively short period of time. I will go back to them every six months to have my ears flushed so this doesn’t happen again. Highly recommend.
