When I got there, I didn’t have to wait much to be taken care of, the nurses were so nice & showed care for us (my wife was with me) they deserve to be recognized, thanks!

It was on 5/03/2021, I was very impressed with the following up the staff did for me as I was in an urgent situation for the Covid-19 test 3 day before the trip to Los Angeles, CA, although they could not guaranteed anything but explained how I could create an account with the lab in case the test results did not sent in the office, I did sign on, with all the information in the account, I was not worried anymore. During the waiting process I got email from the office showing how much they care and the third day the office called about the test results is ready to pick up one day before the trip, I was so excited. I liked the staffs for they were so friendly and patient, I definitely will recommend Medpost to my family and friends. Thank you.

The check in was ok. I had to ask 3 times if I could please be taken to a room as I was feeling very bad and having severe abdominal pain. The women at the front desk didn’t really seem to care too much. Once I finally did get back I was able to lay down and feel better. Hannah (the PA) was amazing and very attentive. I had a severe UTI / bladder infection and she could see how bad I felt. She gave me an injection of antibiotic and some Zofran for nausea. She turned the lights down and let me rest. She checked on me several times before discharging me and showed genuine concern for me. I wish the women in the front had her care and compassion for people.

quick professional and did call back the next day to check up on me! With the medication prescribed I felt near back to normal less than 24 hours later.
