Good attitude.

The Staff at the Anaheim Hills location were outstanding in their care for my medical condition and treated me with the utmost care and concern for my well-being. Jonathon, PA went above and beyond to insure that I was treated for the best results for my condition. And Roberto was so complimentary as the medical assistant to also insuring I was treated with kindness and compassion. Also the first point of contact, the main desk host was professional and caring to insure that there was a smooth transition from check in to seeing the Care Provider as soon as it was possible. And the wait to see the Care Provider was short which was a great relief due to attending to my medical needs at the time. Overall, I would definitely come back to this care facility and highly recommend others to do the same should an opportunity arise. Ever so grateful for their deep concern and care for their patients.

The PA’s and doctors have always been great and actually, I’ve had better experiences with them than my regular primary care. The front desk receptionist have always been the black eye for Them sadly. I can only imagine why such disparity of quality serve exists between front and back staff. Regardless, I love this place when the unfortunate happens.

The staff is extremely courteous, nice, and welcoming! The gentleman at the front desk is very helpful, and very willing to help. I saw how he treated other patients and all with the same kindness and respect. Ricardo was also nice and skilled when doing my TB Test. That is all I went there to do but if I’m ever ill I will go back to see a provider there. I just hope they are as lovely as the two gentleman working that day 🙂 also it was quick, I didn’t have to wait long and cost was not bad.

The ability to make an online appointment. Being promptly seen with an appointment. The staff was friendly and put my child at ease. Everyone made us feel comfortable and heard during thebappointment.

I went in with a complication that could no be handled at an urgent care but the provider went above and beyond by calling ahead to Springhill ER to make sure I would be able to get what i needed there. I was very appreciative of the time and compassion shown to me even if they couldn’t treat me. 10/10 recommend
