Went in on 5/12 at 6:30 for a PCR test. Just got back negative results. The person who saw me and administered the test was extremely thorough and explained everything she saw including the oxygen saturation level. The clinician was Sam Butler. He has to be one of the most empathetic and knowledgeable people I have met. He immediately analyzed the symptoms and decided to treat the symptoms as we both expected a negative result (January vaccinated). Felt better starting that night – slept through and symptoms improving every day. I am so glad he was there. Thanks to all the people there from the receptionist to Sam giving prescriptions and what to do if symptoms. I have told everyone I have spoken to since about my great experience there.
