Everyone was very nice and empathetic to patients situations. Fit me in as a walk-in, minimal wait time, probably because I arrived right at 8am, I’m sure if it was later wait time may have been a bit longer, never the less, very happy with service provided.

good communication. I have a very busy schedule. I walked in but was told there was a long wait. I scheduled my appt on line for 12:15 but went a bit early just in case. They were still running behind so I left to run errands and came back then they were ready for me. I didn’t waste any time sitting around. Because they were honest with me I was able to go on with my day but still see a Dr for my nagging cold. They were better than my primary care Dr office which kept me on hold so long then hun up on me.

I looked CareSpot up online and found a location near me. I was able to get a next day appointment. Once I arrived everything was organized and I received quick friendly service. The doctor who assisted me was especially pleasant and friendly and that made me very comfortable being there. I was also provided the instructions on how to get my results. I would definitely use the service again and refer to my friends and family.

my experience was quick and professional service and response to my needs. Dr. Josh has a great bedside manner and instills confidence in his ability to administer medicine and solutions to the problem or issue at hand.
