I am always satisfied with the care at Medpost Placentia. Dr. Shumway and the NP Jenny are always patient and thorough. The nursing staff make the checking in process as smooth as possible. Whenever little emergencies come up for me or my family, this is where we go for great quality care.

Fast and courteous at front desk. Provider was sincere with my ear skin infection and took care of my needs. They sent my prescription to Costco and before I got there it was ready. Definitely overall great service!!

We were seen very quickly. The facility was clean. All the staff were kind and professional and competent. I felt that appropriate questions were asked and that my concerns were listened too. The doctor listened well and performed a thorough history and exam in an efficient manner. Test results were communicated to me both via email and phone as soon as they were received.

Friendly. We were a walk in, so it took a little bit to see us, but that was expected. The care was great once we were seen, and the meds prescribed have already made our kitten feel better, so thank you!

I went to the Nocatee, FL office on a Sunday. The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The doctor (Nasrin Raina, MD) understood the issue I was having with spasms in my neck and shoulders. She thought ahead to provide me with a medical excuse for work. I really didn’t think I needed one for the few days I would stay home to recover. Dr. Raina was correct. By providing me with the medical excuse before I left CareSpot, I was able to submit it to my management on Sunday when they asked for it. She saved me time and worry trying to obtain it after the appointment. I would definitely go back to this CareSpot again and recommend it to others.
