You were there when I needed you most. It was Friday when I sought treatment for a facial infection, after having eyebrows tinted. My PCP, from VA, could not see me. I was able to get immediate appointment for steroid and antibiotic injections and tapering medication. I had adverse reaction to pill form of antibiotic and was able to call on Saturday to request another Rx! Nurse Sandra Northway was compassionate and speedy in her response to treatment.
