I love the convenience that is in my local area. Being able to make an appointment is huge and is a great alternative and having to wait hours in an ER somewhere. The lobby is clean and quiet and the staff are caring and professional, giving individual attention. We love MedPost!

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the nurse practitioner. They sent a prescription to my pharmacy, and it was ready for pick up by the time I got there. Overall, a great experience.

Reception area clean, organized and socially distance. Hand sanitizer right at reach as you walk through the door. Registrars were friendly and competent. Male Technician who took my stats was professional, very well dressed and helpful. The PA was thorough in examination, suggested follow up with my physician and prescribed medication. The pharmacy gave a different name for the medication I called PA and she spoke with me almost immediately confirming the language was OK for the medication she prescribed and assured me it was what she wanted me to have. I was very happy with the service and the whole experience. While having to be sick is stressful enough without walking into an unprofessional facility does not make for a good experience. I am so happy that Care Spot in Ocoee has all there boxes checked for patient comfort, professionalism and environmental comfort. Thank you!

I have been going here a long time because they are so good to me here when I am so sick and can’t get into a doctor right away. I went to a walk in near to my house. They were cold, and uncaring. They did not check on all my symptoms, only one. Care spot is a little further, but I won’t go anywhere else. They check all my symptoms and pay attention to my needs.
