Your staff, starting with your receptionist, your nurse, X-ray tech and doctor were very attentive, caring, sensitive to the discomfort I was experiencing and very professional. They made sure that I was aware of what was needed to determine the best treatment for my injury, and that I was as comfortable as possible during my wait.

Dr. Decker was amazing. The best doctor ever. I’ve been to this urgent care several times and he’s by far the best doctor I’ve dealt with here. I never wrote a feedback but I had to for him because of his services.

I have a condition which renders me very vulnerable. In an office where everyone was male, I was made to feel safe and very cared for. The PA Mark was so wonderful and gentle. I can’t recall the name of the young male receptionist or the young man who assisted the PA but both were equally kind and compassionate, especially to a woman who was overwhelmed, in pain, and in tears. I’d gladly return and recommend anyone who needs last minute non emergent medical help. Thank you guys, you don’t know how much the care I received meant to me.

Always friendly staff. Awesome doctors with great bedside manner. Dr. Sam is amazing! So thorough and knowledgeable. He cares and never rushes you. He actually calls his patients personally to follow up often times. Top notch!
