Courteous and helpful staff. Receptionist, realizing that I would have a LONG wait, offered to make me an appt a few hours later so I could wait at home. This was good service. PA and aid were very nice. Listened closely to my concerns and allowed me to help in follow-up treatment decision. Documentation the provided me were exactly what I needed for insurance courage. First time I ever used CareSpot and they will be first on my list for future immediate needs when I can’t see my PC.
