I like the online “hold my place in line” feature. Had mine for 9:15 and got there about 20 minutes early to do paperwork. Promptly greeted, did my paperwork, walked into the back at 9:15. The tech and doc were professional and listened to what I said. Out by 9:30. Great experience.

Everyone was kind, compassionate, and friendly. Excellent service and quick to get me seen and on my way. NP was knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manner and disposition. Ideally, I won’t need to be back, but I’m confident that if anything did occur I would be in good hands going back.

It’s close to my house. It was very easy to make my appointment. Emily, the Nurse Practitioner was professional with a very good bedside manner. The receptionist was corteous. I didn’t have to wait long and Russell, as well was corteous and professional.
