Although I waited a good bit after my appt time the staff was pretty friendly and understanding. I had no problems checking in or out. The PA that saw me was very knowledgeable and kind.

The service and the employees were absolutely fantastic. I can’t help but wonder what was the purpose of signing in online? I still had to wait 45 min to be seen, so that didn’t seem to have any benefit vs a walk-in. Good thing that it wasn’t too busy.
