I nor my family had utilized CareSpot services prior to this visit … which in a way is a good thing, but NOW knowing that CareSpot is available, pending the need ever arises again, members of my family and/or I will definitely make an appointment! Making the reservation was a breeze, very easy to locate, plenty of accessible parking, clean and friendly environment, and I will add, quite professional. Upon arrival, I checked in at the window, very courteous interaction, I was instructed to fill out the appropriate documentation, I did – returned to the window and awaited the call. The main office was exceptionally clean, still, in strict adherence to CDC protocol and social distancing, positive pressure from behind the courtesy desk upon arrival was noted, which I thought was really a great way to protect the employees and patients. A comfortable feeling knowing service and safety is number 1! I was called back quite quickly (indicating great coordination in efforts to ensure staffing meets demand projected or otherwise), was greeted, had blood pressure taken, asked about “what ails”, and upon closure to the initial questioning and vitals, the Doctor came in … again quite quickly. She was professional, courteous, exacting … and executed prognosis and prescription in a level and welcoming manner. I went to pick up the prescription within an hour of departing the care facility. It truly was an “in and out”, but in that – I felt, welcomed, I felt they were concerned, and I felt cared for. I am so glad I went! Here it is now two days later, and I am feeling much better! Thank you ALL for the care and attention given … I noted while I was there, in the main entrance area, that all visitors were treated the same way. Top Tier Emergency Clinic Health Care … it shows!

Care Spot employees treated me with much caring and empathy. I especially appreciated Dr. Rita Border and her beautiful attitude. She really made me feel like my condition mattered to her and that is something that not all doctors exhibit. Thank you.

Loved being able to make an appointment for a sports physical and getting text updates about my appointment time to limit the amount of time that we would have to spend in the waiting room. The doctor that performed my son’s exam was excellent. He had a great personality and spent time talking to my son and getting to know him. Even my son commented on how great the doctor was when he left.

Very professional. Very friendly. Went to the one on Blanding Blvd in Middleburg first as I needed stitches and they said they didn’t have anything available until after 7:30 pm. This was at 5 pm. I thought stitches and other emergencies were priority. So we left and I called the CareSpot on Kingsley Ave and they took me right in. I will never recommend or go to the Middleburg location I would recommend and will go to the Kingsley Ave in Orange Park location for here on out.

The doctor was fantastic!. . . The only issue I had was they wouldn’t take my insurance for the type of service/testing I was requesting and that was only noted when I arrived for the appointment. Otherwise, my doctor during the visit was professional, thoughtful, and ultimately allayed my concerns!
