I like that this facility is VA approved. The waiting area is spacious, clean and simple. The check in process with the iPad is efficient and I believe most people are able to operate an iPad with little to no assistance.

I really loved the board that listed where you are in line. As a clinic nurse, I know things get behind and it’s nice for the patients to know approximate times of when they will be seen. The PA I saw today was excellent. I really appreciated him seeing me.

I like the fact I can see a doctor when I’m sick. My doctor is not a at when I need her.
