Med Post in Placentia is fabulous! The nurses & Jenn, the NP are amazing! Friendly, thorough, efficient, super knowledgeable, & proactive! I tell everyone I know to go to Med Post & skip the ER! Only thing, is sometimes the front desk associates are not very friendly. They need a customer service tune up. Last visit the front desk was very pleasant. Thank you Jenn & nurses❤️

My one experience there only had about a 15 minute wait after filling in the electronic form etc. Physician/nurse was very knowledgeable. Secretary at the window was also very good at her job and with people.
