Staff very friendly.

I know COVID has implemented a lot of new restrictions but there are adults (people over 19) that need to have someone accompany them. In my case I am visually impaired. Illness for the emotionally impaired (yes, even adults) this would be very traumatic time. I agree, restrictions most definitely need to be in place and not abused!

The facilities were very clean. Reception staff was efficient and friendly. The medical assistant was professional and covered all questions needed. The doctor did a great job discussing symptoms and possible causes. She seem genuinely concerned and offer good suggestions for improvements. I really appreciated her concern and advice.

Being able to make an appointment on line and also being able to walk in. Everyone I encounter is very nice, even when under extreme pressure. I feel the nurses, PA’s and doctors really care and are very competent.
