The friendliness and most of all knowing Dr. McKreith was on call when we went. Nothing like going to a walk in clinic and not only getting a friendly doctor but a very knowledgeable Doctor too. Don’t get me wrong all the doctors Who are on call here are nice but Dr. McKreith has a different approach that makes you feel like you are not just a paitient coming I n and then getting checked and leaving. No, she talks to you and makes you feel like a patient and not just another sick person coming in. Believe it or not I would prefer going here and pay the extra money, than my regular doctor.

I liked that the receptionist was friendly, sympathetic and immediately helpful. The medical attention given to my lacerated finger by the doctor/nurse on duty was done efficiently and handled with care. I was given good instructions on how to care for it in the coming week, and given a prescription for antibiotics. It’s now been eight days, and my wound is healing nicely.

I liked the attention that I received. It was an emergency for me, nothing that I could die but I needed attention and it was good. Just a little bit waiting. (I went there about 12:00pm, then they talked that they have spot for around 4:00pm, then I waited around an hour something more.)

Appointments, staff is always friendly. However when there is a difficult patient, being left in an exam room for an hour is trying.
