Since I can’t predict when I will be ill or injured, Care Spot has given me the option to call that very same day for an appointment. The front desk staff goes out of their way to be accommodating with times of available appointments and do their best to fit me into the day’s schedule. They are truly there to help! Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my own doctor and staff.

I was given an appointment for the very next day and when I arrived I had a short wait until I was seen. The P A was very kind and listened to me when I told him my symptoms. He right away prescribed me an antibiotic and called the pharmacy right then. I very much appreciate his kind manner.

The staff members were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Although, I was a walk-in and there were no available appointments, the front desk called me at my home when there was a cancellation. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness!
